Esta investigación, consistió en el estudio de libros tanto originales como presuntamente apócrifos de librerías del microcentro de la ciudad de Mendoza. La problemática, se sostuvo en que gran parte del negocio de libros es ilegal, lo que genera que al autor de la obra no se le reconozca su derecho de creador. Entonces, se procedió al análisis pormenorizado de tres libros de venta masiva, verificando sus características y la forma en que en los tres se presentaban. Se indagó sobre las particularidades primarias de cada ejemplar, siendo éstas los principales rasgos a cotejar. Concluyendo, que hay diferencias entre los libros analizados, tanto en el indubitado como en el dubitado. Incluso, se vio que entre falsificados, se hallaron similitudes, a pesar de que fueron adquiridos en distintas librerías. Entiendo que desde la mirada criminalística que se le puede dar a la investigación, se estudiaron los ejemplares desde los rasgos más generales hacia los particulares. Lo que nos llevó a aplicar el método deductivo, muy utilizado en esta ciencia. Con este análisis se intentó contribuir específicamente con la tarea del Licenciado en Criminalística, en el área pericial de la Documentología, aportando cualidades de los libros para ser identificados.

This investigation, it consisted of the study of both original and allegedly apocryphal books of bookshops of the microcenter of the city of Mendoza, of the same province. The problematics, it was supported in that great part of the business of books, it is illegal, which generates that to the author of the work his creator's right is not recognized. Then, one proceeded to the analysis detailed of three books of massive sale, checking his characteristics and the form in which in the three they were appearing. It was investigated on the primary particularities of every copy, being these the principal features to arranging. Concluding, that there are differences between the analyzed books, both in the indubitado and in the dubitado. Even, one saw that between forged, similarities were situated, in spite of the fact that they were acquired in different bookshops. I understand that from the crime look that can give him to the investigation, the copies were studied from the most general features towards the individuals. What led us to applying the deductive method very used in this science. With this analysis it was tried to contribute specifically by the task of the Licentiate in Criminology, in the expert area of the Documentología, contributing qualities of the books to be identified.
